Why not "listen" on Black Friday instead of shop?
Posted By askgail on November 25th, 2010
Tomorrow, Black Friday, is the National Day of Listening. Take 40 minutes and sit down with someone you care about and ask them about themselves and really listen. Make a recording to share with the rest of the family or to put away in a keepsake box.
What a gift that is—to really listen. Visit StoryCorps’ National Day of Listening web site to check out their interview questions and hints and tips for creating and recording your interview.
This holiday, give the gift of listening to someone you love.
